The rest of the main floor is one giant room with a full kitchen, living with large TV and gas fireplace, and dining. Easy access as well to the large front porch with outdoor seating as well as the back patio with grill and outdoor dining and fire pit.The upper level features 4 bedrooms and an additional 2 full baths, one En Suite in Bedroom 3. This level also features stairs with hand rails up to a fun kids loft with a TV with Netflix!The neighborhood is wonderful and the Oak St. Beach is a quick walk away as are North Side Memories for ice cream and Bunde’s Good Eats for pastries, Starbucks coffee, and lunches. Easily walk to downtown South Haven with stops at Michigan Maritime Museum, Captain Lou’s, and The Depot party store.Partially finished large basement with TV Room and kids play area. Additional full bath with shower.
