You are only minutes away from amazing restaurants, shopping, golf and not to mention you are ON the beach! Surfside is a family beach that is relaxing and full of charm.This beautiful townhome has 3 floors each with its own balcony. First floor has the kitchen, living room, dining area, half bath, and balcony. First floor balcony has an outdoor dining set to enjoy dinner while viewing the ocean. Second floor a washer/dryer and two bedrooms with bunk bed and queen bed that share a balcony and full bathroom. Third flood is the Master Suite which has a king size bed, private full bathroom, and a private balcony. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are supplied. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and Pets are not allowed.Ocean Six is an ocean front community nestled between Garden City and Surfside Pier along Ocean Blvd with sidewalks for walking and golf cart friendly streets. The Ocean six property has direct beach access, and a common area with charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and kiddie pool. Designated parking is available under townhome for 2 vehicles.golf cart will be available for rent $200 a week.
