Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in this beautifully furnished and light filled three bedroom house. It was renovated and decorated in the Spring of 2021 with further updates in the Winter/Spring of 2022. The property is well situated 2 1/2 miles between the heart of Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise. It is .5 miles away from Walker’s Point, the venerable Bush compound and Goose Rocks Beach is less than 5 miles away. The house has ocean views from nearly every room, a secluded public beach is a five minute walk away. The house is newly furnished with a new 60 inch television, sectional couch, strong WIFI, Bar for entertaining, a Sonos music system and has a large and comfortably furnished deck facing the ocean. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, large island range, full sized oven and convection microwave. The Dining area is spacious and the expandable table fits ten people. Come stay in this light filled home and enjoy the birdsong and ocean breezes!
