This duplex first floor 1,050 square foot unit is in the heart of Folly Beach, but tucked just far enough away for privacy. There are three bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, the second a full bed, and the third two double beds. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, and full size microwave. Wifi is provided and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower available too. An economy place to stay. It is not fancy, but an affordable and comfortable place to hang your hat while you do your beach thing, walk to restaurants and shops, or to a local event. Beach, Pier, Shops, a small grocery, and restaurants of Folly Beach are just steps away. Enough parking for up to 4 vehicles out front and everything you need is at your fingertips.
