Since this is a roof unit ceiling height is 6.2 !►We invested into the mattresses to insure your good sleeping experience. Including Tommy Bahama pillows.►There are two attachable Twin beds which you can turn in to one Queen size bed instantly.► Full bathroom. Mini kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Iron, iron board, high speed WIFI, Roku TV etc.►Patio with the gas grill and camp fire pit.▶Fast and reliable WIFI▶Air conditioning/ Heating▶TV▶Dining area.▶Ideal for Families with kids, Corporate, and Friends.▶Available for short, mid, and long term staysIMPORTANT NOTE:Parking is available on the gravel driveway. Please, leave room for walkway for the front home guests. Additional free parking is available in front of the home on the streets.►To units A, B and C the access is provided via individual code for smart lock device. Touch the smart lock device on the door, it will wake the touchscreen up. After you type the key code assigned to your trip duration, push the Check mark. If you have not received the code, please contact the host.►To unit D the access is provided via individual PIN for the lock box. You should receive your lock box PIN 8 hours before the check-in.Please make yourself at home! No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property.◉ Smoking allowed at the backyard.◉ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities, Drugs etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.◉ The booking guests are responsible for any damaged or unaccounted items whether the damage is caused by themselves or anyone accessing the home during the stay. The host has a right to charge by his own discretion the additional fees to cover repair and (or) replacement of the damaged or missing the items. Please, respect the home and leave in same condition as received.◉ Pets are welcome with the advanced host’s permission and $400 pet deposit.
