Private Pool with Heated Spa. (NOTE: there is a fee associated with heating the spa that must be paid prior to stay. Spa fee $20/day for the months of May-Oct. or $40/day for the months of Nov-April. The spa heats to 102 degrees from 4p-11p when enabled. The spa is unable to be heated outside hours listed)PROPERTY MAINTNENCE INFORMATION:Pool Service is done weekly, they arrive every Friday morning before 0800Monthly Landscaper works on this property the third Thursday of each month.Fully stocked kitchen including spices.
