Both sofa sleepers may be open at the same time. Be aware, there is only the one bathroom. *NOTE: bedding MUST be removed prior to closing the sofa beds(sheets may remain). Failure to do this will damage the springs, at your cost. NOTE: this is not a private sleeping space. There is an air conditioning unit in the livingroom/kitchen area. A ceiling fan is in both the livingroom/kitchen area and the bedroom. The blender/grinder is perfect for making your own children or adult beverages, smoothies or baby food. The Ninja coffee maker takes advantage of the great coffees you can buy on island. Plenty of plastic drink ware gets your adult beverage to the poolside.BEACH EQUIPMENTBeach towels and mats that go under them between you and the sand are provided, as well as our 4 back-pack chairs and umbrella, snorkles and fins. There is a sand rinsing station at the property entrance: please use it every time you return from the beach. Please leave all the sand out of our drains so they continue to work well for everyone.
