There are two master suites with king beds and one additional king bedroom; two queens and three twin rooms, each Disney themed and include comfortable, high quality mattresses to allow for a good night’s rest. Private TVs are in all 8 bedrooms and ceiling fans are in 7 of the bedrooms. A laundry room with a large washer and two driers are available for your use. No need to bring your own linens, bath towels or pool towels as these are all provided for you. A crib, pack-n- play, space-saver high chairs, soft booster seats, a child’s step stool, potty chair and umbrella strollers are all included free of charge for those bringing little ones.Our property is meticulously cleaned and maintained, with enhanced cleaning procedures in place for your safety. The property’s club house hosts a beautiful, heated outdoor pool and spa, exercise room and Tiki Bar with a small menu of food, snacks and drinks for purchase. Take a walk on the resort’s nature walking trails, enjoy a game of volley ball in the sand volleyball court, shoot some hoops in the basketball court, or try your hand at tennis on one of the tennis courts. Play pickle ball, mini golf or rent a bike. There are children’s play areas throughout the community, one located within walking distance of our home. Emerald Island Resort is a quiet, family friendly community, a great place to relax and come home to after long days of running around. The Super Target is a short drive away and a little quieter and less hectic. Publix, Aldi’s and Walgreens are conveniently located to Mickey’s Mansion. Door Dash and Grub Hub are available for delivery from many different area restaurants. Amazon delivers right to the house if not coming via USPS.Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place for guests protection. Contactless check-in. Spa heat alone is $25 per day. A solar cover is available in the winter/spring months to help the pool maintain its heat overnight when the nights can get chilly. BBQ grill is $50 which includes gas and cleaning.Resort charges $20 per car, per stay for access cards and easy entry after check-in.A maximum of 2 well behaved, non-shedding dogs will be accepted. All dogs should be current on vaccinations, be housebroken and non-destructive. Pet fees apply – $100 for first dog and $50 for second dog. Picking up after your pet’s waste is a resort requirement. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside of the home. If this is not abided by, you will be responsible for any fines. Please bring blanket(s) or sheets to protect furniture. Any damage caused by a pet on property will be the responsibility of the guest.Please note: early check-in’s or late check-out’s are not available when there are back to back bookings. An 8 bedroom home takes time to thoroughly clean and launder. We are proud that our cleaning team does not take short-cuts and pays close attention to detail.Rental agreement needs to be reviewed, signed and returned to owners including the names of all guests staying on the property. The maximum amount of people is 16 including children and babies and is strictly enforced. No parties or events allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house including the garage/game room.In addition to the required damage insurance upon booking, we highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy incase the unexpected happens. Life is unpredictable so make sure you are covered.
