More room, more fun! This spacious almost 1000 square ft. one bedroom, condo. This lovely one bedroom has a king size bed and a full size roll away bed which accommodates 4. A 50″ flat screen T.V. in the bedroom. Updated bathroom with granite vanity top, custom cabinet with plenty of storage, tiled bath and shower combo. Stacked washer/dryer provided! Kitchen has spacious custom cabinets with granite counter-tops and marble tile back splash. All appliances are stainless steel and also include a Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster and blender. The condo is equipped with all necessities in cookware, bake ware, glassware, dishware and cutlery. An added convenience is a desk area with USB outlet! The living room is furnished with a leather sofa sectional and a 55″ flat screen T. V. An amazing view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the large balcony, with plenty of seating, which has access from both the bedroom and the living room.There is a 3 night minimum stay required in this condo..We are a pet free condo for the benefit of people with allergies.Outdoor gas grills are provided on the first floor of the building. Tennis courts, ping pong tables, racket ball courts, and exercise room are available.ALL MARCH, SEMANA SANTA, EASTER and the 4th of July rentals which have any occupants under the age of 25 MUST have in residence a parent or custodial guardian for the entire rental period. Also the renter should be 25 years or older. Easter has a 4 night minimum. The 4th of July has a minimum 3 night stay.Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy. Owner is not required to refund any deposit or the Property Use Fee unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” for South Padre Island. In the event of a cancellation due to tropical storm or hurricane warning, Owner will refund any unused portion of currently registered User’s Property Use Fee.We rent this condo on a monthly basis from November to February.
