Sitting on some of Saugatuck’s most precious real estate, you can saunter into downtown and be at your favorite restaurant, boutique, or ice cream shop in mere minutes! You’ll be in the heart of it all with just a VERY short drive to one of our 15 wineries/breweries, various award-winning beaches, and jaw dropping hiking trails. We’ll be waiting for you!Primary Reservation Holder must be above the age of 25Grandview Cottage will be adding beautiful landscaping to the yard in Spring 2024. With that will come a firepit and outdoor furnishings.Cancellation Policy: We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. Our Cancellation Policy may vary slightly from policies listed on third party booking platforms and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on those platforms. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should the need to cancel your reservation occur outside of the allotted window.
