In minutes, you can boat, kayak, or paddleboard to Big Pass or Sarasota Bay to enjoy the open water or one of many nearby sandbars.The spaceThis is a spacious 3 story Key-West style home with wrap-around porch areas has extended gathering areas and space for all! The home incorporates multiple sleeping areas with relaxing facets in and out along with pool, spa, bocce ball, ping pong, work out center and more.• Sleeping amenities – Sleeps 15+• Primary Bedroom – En Suite with King Bed• Primary Level Loft – Full over Full Trundle• Main Level Guest – Twin over Queen Bunk Bed• Main Level Guest – Queen Bed• Main Level Guest – Queen Bed• Additional Convertible Sleeping Areas• Pool Level – Full Bed and Full Sleeper SofaWe are alert to safety and security of our guests and provide 4 video cameras on the exterior of the home for those purposes. Camera 1 is located on the house and covers the driveway and street area. Camera 2 is located in the stairway leading from the pool deck up to the main living level and it covers the stairway. Camera 3 is located on the balcony deck just outside the kitchen doors and it covers just the balcony walkway. Camera 4 is also located on the balcony deck area in the corner just outside the Livingroom. It captures images of the balcony (overlooking a portion of the pool area) and steps leading up to the main entry doors where the video doorbell is located.Guest accessThe home and resort is all-access for our guests!
