Our Sanctuary is a Canal Front 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, central air conditioned, town home that sleeps up to six (6) people with 2 Queen ( 1 bed and 1 Sleep Sofa), and 3 Twin Beds. Relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful water views that the back yard, deck and balcony offer, or spend some time crabbing or kayaking from the shared dock. On the first floor you will find the dining area, Kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath, and the laundry area with washer/ dryer. The doors from the living room open onto a back deck with views of the water. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, Master Bath, and a balcony with views of the Chincoteague Channel. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, and a full bath.Please bring your own linens (2 Queen, 3 Twin), towels and washcloths. This home has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
