Description

Brand new four bedroom, (3) full baths and (2) half baths. The house sits on a .5 acre, partially wooded lot located on a private street with (4) other newly built homes in Lakeside. Two block walk to private beach on Lake Michigan (note there are roughly 85 steps down to private beach). Public beach access (no steps) 3 min drive. House sleeps 13 – three king beds, three twin and 1 full in bunk room. There is a pull out queen sofa in the upstairs den with TV. All bedrooms (except bunk room) have 55″ TV’s. Large screened porch with 70″ TV, weather-master window system and ceiling mounted heater for colder nights. Other amenities include upstairs laundry room, gas fire pit, synthetic turf bocce/putting/recreation court, 240V EV charger (tesla), (12) Beach chairs, Lily Pad, wagon, cooler, and beach toys. Two minute drive to Union Pier restaurants, bakery and grocery store; 10 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo. EVERYTHING is brand new. Come stay in this beautiful Lakeside gem!
