Property will sleep 6 people comfortably!Open the front door to a beautiful home offering an airy open floor plan with formal living and dining rooms, kitchen and nook area, split floor plan & high ceilings, great for family & entertaining. The functional kitchen boasts granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, lots of cabinets and a breakfast bar. Well-appointed family room with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.The nook area has a dining table for 4, perfect to enjoy your morning breakfast!The master suite has a king bed, TV and sliders to the lanai area. The large en-suite master bathroom features neutral tones and nice finishes, dual sinks, whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower. Adjoining the master is a den with a comfortable sleeper sofa, able to transform into a queen-sized bed at a moment’s notice.Bedroom 2 has another king bed and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a flat screen TV. The family bathroom has a single vanity, tub with shower and a door out to the pool area. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has cable TV, along with telephone and hi-speed internet. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.The pool and spa have optional electric heat.
