Electric heating of the pool is available on request at additional charge.The Lanai is furnished with an elegant patio set that seats six, perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, as well as lounging for those who love to sunbathe or relax by the poolside.Separate from the outdoor dining area, a beautiful, all-wicker seating area is available for your pleasure of freshly brewed coffee (espresso machine on the premise), and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice conveniently picked right off the trees in the backyard. A gas barbecue is also provided. This fully air-conditioned home provides a peaceful and serene setting.It is a split plan home, with the master bedroom on one side of the house with direct access through sliding glass doors to the Lanai. It has a King size bed, complete with high quality Sealy foam mattress and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a sunken bath, a walk-in Roman shower, two separate vanities, a toilet, and a large walk-in closet.On the opposite side of the house: a second bedroom – with direct access through sliding glass doors to the Lanai – complete with a Queen size bed. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, providing ample sleeping accommodation for up to six persons.Both guest bedrooms have their own walk-in closets. The adjoining bathroom is complete with a sink, a toilet, and a combination tub with shower, through which one can access the Lanai, conveniently serving as a pool bathroom.A generous amount of quality bed and bath-linens are provided.Hair-dryer is available in the main bathroom.All beds have top quality silk duvets and waterproof protective covers.The living room is centred on a 50-inch plasma cable-connected TV and comfortable, modern furniture.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation.
