A large flat-screen TV waiting for you to relax and catch up on your favorite shows or enjoying a movie night with loved ones.The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to channel your inner chef and prepare delicious meals. You will also see a sign on the door that says UNIT B, and it says above the door ZEBRA HOUSE, so you can’t miss it!Park underneath the home on the LEFT hand sideGuests have access to the entire home! Enter through the front door of the Zebra House and tap in your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home!Other things to note:1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for the occasional dead or live bug. It’s Florida and that’s part of our environment. If you happen to see a bug just let us know and we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it.2. This Bungalow comes with quirks and charm. Sometimes 100 year old homes aren’t right for everyone. Please send us a message if you have any questions or are in doubt about your booking.3. No keys to lose or to return — woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book!4. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 11pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors.5. We created a list of our favorite places to eat, drink and hang out for you! You’ll receive a digital copy of our “My Tampa Guidebook” in your AirBnB inbox.Our Policies:NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture as it can leave a smell, stains and hair that is hard to remove.NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.We can’t wait for you to stay with us!
