Two sets of French doors open to a large sunning patio with high end lounge chairs and outdoor dining set. Walk to miles of hiking trails, Moorten Botanical Garden and the Indian Canyons. 2 bicycles.For golf enthusiasts…: Just 5 minutes away from many fabulous golf courses including Indian Canyons Golf Club, Canyon Estates Golf Club, Mesquite Country Club and Tahquitz Creek Colf Course. 10 minutes away in Cathedral City are Cimmaron Golf Club and Cathedral Canyon Country Club. Within 30 mintes are country clubs in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.Pool heat is totally optional and only needed for the colder months (typically mid-October through mid-May). Hot tub heat is included in the house.
