Also a 75″ Smart TV in the living room, and a 70″ smart TV in bedroom 2.The kitchen and bathrooms still have their original retro look.One car garage: vehicle clearance of 7 ft in height and 8 ft 10″ in width.The beautiful Ironwood Country Club, where the Zen Pool Villa is located, behind gates, with 24/7 security guards, offers a quiet and secluded upscale world of its own.An incredible setting against the backdrop of the mountains, with amazing, manicured landscaping, and less than 5 mns up the hill from El Paseo.Only you and your car, as registered guests, will be allowed in (parking for 1 car).No parties (guests would not be allowed to enter at the gate). Our beautiful Community and the City Palm Desert are strict about quiet in this area – neighbors live there full time.
