Night out in Downtown LA is a short drive away, or relax with walking distance restaurants, convenient store, and groceries. Walk to AMC theater plaza.The spaceGuests have full access to the private single-family house with large front yard, back yard, and driveway. Three BR, two baths, Sleeps 8 comfortably. Two full bathrooms, one with a tub one with walk in shower. Large laundry room equipped with iron and ironing board. A full kitchen with full range stove, double door fridge, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, cooking wares and dinning wares. Cozy dining table and chairs. Living room has a couch with a pull-out queen bed option, large HD TV, high speed internet and work station. The room with two twin beds are located downstairs with one flight of stairs. An emergency kit is stored in the shared bathroom.Guest accessOn site parking available.House is situated on a small hill with a quiet one-way street from close by groceries, restaurants and shops.Other things to noteWe welcome respectful, clean and responsible folks of all backgrounds.
