(Earlier may be allowed upon private request to host)Check out time 11am.Firepit and barbecue pit access to guests allowed until 10pm.The front and back yard is shared with a guest residing in the private studio apartment on the property, thought it is rarely used by studio guest.The property is in a residential neighborhood so host requests guests keep outside volume to a minimum if in the outside gardens past 10pm.
