NO smoking on the wooden porch.• No parties. No more than 6 people allowed in the house per HOA.•Every child over two years of age needs to be counted as part of the group and will be charged the same amount as an adult.•Only 2 assigned parking spaces available.•No boats, trailers or commercial vehicles allowed in the community.•No street legal golf carts allowed in the community per amended Gulf Highlands rules.•Quiet time after 10PM.
