Just 5 minutes from the Las Vegas line and a quick 20-minute drive from the south end of The Famous Las Vegas Strip, this location offers the best of both worlds. It’s also conveniently close to the Raider practice stadium, the airport, Fremont Street (Downtown LV), Lake Mead, and Hoover Dam.Our place has received rave reviews, with even NBA superstar Kyle Lowry and his friends loving their stay here! If it’s good enough for them, it’s guaranteed to be an amazing experience for you too.**Check-in and Check-out:**While the standard check-in time is 4 pm, we often offer free early check-in if the house is ready. Feel free to ask, and we’ll let you know if an early check-in is possible. Additionally, we provide free early check-out with a 2-day notice (if there isn’t a same day check in) so we can re-schedule the cleaners.**Location:**Our home is situated in a very convenient location, with grocery stores, gas stations, freeways, and casinos just minutes away. Within a 10-15 minute drive, you’ll find three large casinos that rival or even surpass those on the Strip or Downtown.**What’s Inside and Around the Home:**- Pool and spa- Fire pit with chairs- Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and sunshade- BBQ- Pool towels, life jackets, and pool toys- Fruit trees and roses**Sleeping Arrangements:**- 5 queen beds2 in the primary bedroom2 rooms have one queen bed1 in the room with the triple bunks- 2 triple bunk beds*Note:* Bedrooms 4 and 5 are considered one large room, featuring two sets of triple bunks and a queen bed.**Living Spaces:**Enjoy a comfortable sectional couch with a 65-inch TV overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked & equipped with modern appliances, and more. If there’s anything you need, just ask! TV’s in each bedroom and 4 TV’s in the living area with the pool table.**Miscellaneous Amenities:**- Full-size washer, dryer, and laundry supplies- Iron, ironing board, and steamer- Folding table and chairs- Games and puzzles for entertainment- Tankless water heater for endless hot water- The pool can be heated for $125 per day and is heated during your entire stay (Pool heated at 86° degrees). There is no fee to heat the spa. Just please turn it off when not in use. There will be additional charges charged if the pool is left uncovered for more than an hour without use.- The pool cover needs to be put on at night and when the pool isn’t being used IF it is being heated or it will be turned off with no refund. The cameras are checked at 9:45 pm each night.**Safety Measures:**- Alarm on backdoor and windows leading to the pool- The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and noise detectors as per the City of Henderson ordinance, as well as the state law.- The pool and landscaping are professionally maintained.- All linens are washed between each visit.- Self-check-in with an exclusive code- This is a licensed and legal vacation rental, so it won’t be shut down days before your arrival or during it! Beware of the illegal ones as this does happen to them.**Getting Around:**While public transportation isn’t the best, Uber and Lyft are popular options. You can also easily walk to Walgreens, restaurants, bars, and more from the house. We also have a Ford Explorer that seats six available to rent on Turo.**House Rules:**Before booking, please review the following rules:- Quiet hours outside after 10 pm – 7 am (Please turn off party lights at 10pm)- Maximum occupancy is 12 people (children included)- Replacement charges for lost remotes ($25 for TV remotes, $325 for spa remote)- No smoking inside the house- Registered guests only, no party buses or limos- A/C set as low as 73 degrees – This is the desert and most Nevadans keep theirs’s at 77 degrees.
