There is a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and a large sharer armchair and to keep everyone entertained there is a large Samsung wall mounted TV and DVD. The ceramic tiled floor helps to keep the area cool during hot sunny days.The kitchen is fully equipped and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear. For your convenience there is breakfast bar seating for two.Should you wish to dine in style, the dining area can seat six people.For your convenience there is a separate laundry area which includes automatic washer, tumble dryer.The villa contains four large bedrooms. As the name would suggest, Cumbrian Lakes, has many lakes on the community, ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife. Many of the rental homes are spacious, with vaulted family rooms, giving the space you would expect from a Florida Villa.Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at £180 per week. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
