The pool deck is outside the living room sliding glass door. This outside area is not ‘private’ since one other rental next door may use it on occasion. You’ll have at least four patio chairs and a table for your private use.The pool is not heated and can be chilly from December to February.The townhouse is located on a major thoroughfare. While this provides quick access to airport, cruise port, i95, and Miami, it can be quite noisy during rush hours.Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless.Although we regularly treat the home for pests, occasionally a small lizard or other insect may crawl indoors. We’d be happy to come and remove any if found.You are welcome to fish off the deck as long as you clean up every time.Security cameras are pointed towards the front door and motion floodlight cameras in backyard pool areas. They do not look into any interior spaces. This is for your safety in case of injury, break-in, and for our liability in case unauthorized guests or pets are identified.The A/C is locked at a 70 degree minimum. In summer months there may only be a -10 degree difference between the outside temperature and the indoor thermostat, which is not necessarily every room’s temperature. To maintain climate please ensure all doors and windows remain closed with shades drawn.This is not a party spot. Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood so you must use conversational-level voices and refrain from playing loud music.After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc).
