Located on the top floor (third) for the most desirable views where you can watch the parasailers, dolphins, kayaks, ships, and seasonal whales. The living area with local décor, is equipped with a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping and a ductless wall AC unit. Ceiling fans located in the living area as well as in the bedroom. The kitchen is completely remodeled, fully equipped & contains the washer/dryer. The comfortably furnished bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan.The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. The sandy area offers many loungers to choose from and the view is always amazing! A unique saltwater pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is located nearby, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali’i Garden Marketplace is within walking distance. Free WiFi access in complex. Property owner does not allow bicycles inside the unit.Minimum night varies seasonally 5 – 10 nights.
